Constructed of strong yet lightweight Aluminum and processed in state-of-the-art laser cut and CNC bending machines.

Available Electropolished Stainless Steel silver or Satin Black Powder Coat steel
Stout 1" (25mm) tube with 1/8" (3mm ) wall thickness
Welded using TIG process and Shot blasted to remove all residual stresses, before surface protection process
CNC Laser cut bracketry and mounts for a precise fit
Sacrificial heavy-duty Delrin guards at critical impact zones that are easily replaced if they are damaged in a tip-over
Coating gives the Crash Bar adequate corrosion resistance to endure all weather conditions
Includes Compatible Hardware, Bracketry, Sacrificial Slider Guards made out of Compression Molded Resin to give it strength and take the impact in the event of a fall (easier and economical to replace in the event of a tip over)
